Renaras is committed to making renaras.com accessible to every visitor, including those who use assistive technologies.
Conformance target
We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, as referenced by the European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882).
Current status
The site is built on the Shopify Dawn theme, which provides a structurally accessible foundation: keyboard navigation, ARIA landmarks, and skip links. We are actively addressing the following known gaps:
- Heading hierarchy on certain product pages
- Focus-indicator visibility on interactive elements
- Alt-text quality on product gallery images
- Predictive-search announcements for screen readers
We expect to resolve these by 30 June 2026.
