Delivery & Duties
Every piece leaves the Renaras atelier in Amsterdam wrapped in a complimentary furoshiki, accompanied by its Renaras passport, and travels with tracking. Pieces are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Christmas 2026
For delivery before 24 December, the atelier recommends placing an acquisition by the dates below. After these dates, a Renaras gift card, sent by email, remains the most graceful choice.

These dates allow for the busiest weeks of the carriers' year. They are a careful estimate rather than a guarantee.

Import duties and taxes
Prices include Dutch VAT for deliveries within the European Union. For destinations outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom, import duties and local taxes are not included in the price and are payable to the carrier on delivery. The amount depends on the rules of the destination country.
Furoshiki wrapping
Every acquisition is wrapped in a furoshiki at no charge. A personal message for the recipient may be added in the note at checkout.
Returns
Pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The full conditions are set out in the Returns & Refunds policy.
